Part I: Solving Your Baby's Sleep Challenges 0-6 months
This is Part 1 of a two-part series:
Part I: Review the basic principles of infant/baby sleep covered in
Kaiser Santa Clara's Babies2Sleep "Introduction to Sleep" seminar
including the 'babies2sleep system'. Specific instructions will be outlined
for at-home work in preparation for Part II of this series.
Part II: (September 18, 2011): Participants will return in one week
to review individual findings and begin crafting solutions to specific
sleep elements tracked since Part I. Individual and group work will
take place to establish implementation steps to correct, adjust or
introduce processes that will aid participants in achieving t
heir family sleep goals.
